The universal foot has a direct mechanical attachment to the roof structure below the insulation layer and up to the item being mounted on the universal foot.

This way, the universal foot always stays on top of the bitumen without sinking into the insulation. Therefore, there is no increased risk of settling around the foot and the resulting increased risk of water ingress.

The console can handle up to 2 tons of suction/pull, depending on the pull-out strength of the roof structure.

With additional steel pipes (reinforcement pipes) between the structure and the underside of the consol, this load can be significantly increased to ensure that the pressure does not deform the insulation with a load capacity of up to 4 tons per universal foot, depending on the load-bearing structure.
