The threaded rod is installed through the insulation and fastened to the underlying structure; concrete deck (using concrete screws), wooden rafters or steel trapeze (tilt anchors). For additional reinforcement, a stainless steel reinforcement tube (part number 190130) is used around the threaded rod. The two elements are cut to length according to templates, then the Mul10 Universal Console Foot is mounted on top of the threaded rod and tightened against the roof. Finally, the connection between the Bitumen skirt and the Bitumen roof is welded to ensure waterproofing.
